Diet: Avoid all foods that promote more growth or feed the yeast. Sugar, alcohol, yeast and wheat should be avoided. Add a clove of garlic to your food daily

Eat plain yogurt (if you can) and take probiotics twice a day. Dosage 50 billion units.

Apply 2Tbsp. plain yogurt to the inside of the vaginal wall and outside surfaces to restore natural flora of the vagina. Make sure fingers are clean or use an applicator OR you can also buy vaginal suppositories that are made from probiotics. 

Keep a rinse bottle in the bathroom with filtered water and 3-5 drops of essential oil of lavender and thyme. Use when you go to the bathroom. Shake before usage

Take zinc, 20mg, and echinacea tincture 2-4 dropperful daily to help the immune system.

You can safely use aloe vera gel applied to irritated tissue for healing and cooling.

You can insert a herbal suppository for yeast infection treatment as well. These can be bought online. You can also make your own. 

I usually make a bigger batch and roll in wax paper so it’s the diameter of a pencil. You can store in the freezer in 2 inch long suppositories.

 

Recipe:

1c cocoa butter

1/2 c. coconut oil

3 Tbsp calendula oil

1/2 tsp. thyme essential oil

1/2 lavender essential oil

1/2 tea tree oil

4Tbs comfrey root powder – fine ground

Melt the butter and coconut oil on very low heat. Remove from heat and add the powdered herbs, Mix well. Add the essential oils and calendula oil. Pour into your ‘mold’ (wax paper in the shape of a pencil) Refrigerate until firm.

Insert vaginally – 1 suppository for seven days. (Use sanitary pad to avoid messes)
